The Faculty of Health, Innovation, Technology and Science are seeking a dedicated Work Based Learning Officer to join our busy Placement Learning Support Unit. This role is integral to the coordination and administration of work-based learning and student placements within the faculty.

You will Coordinate administrative support for work-based learning and student placements and work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless support for students. Maintain accurate records and manage documentation related to placements.

Liaise with external partners and placement providers to facilitate student placements. Providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and external partners.

You will also support students throughout their work-based learning activities, addressing any issues and providing guidance as needed. Contribute to the continuous improvement of placement processes and procedures.
