The Role
We are seeking to appoint a passionate and experienced academic who will contribute to teaching, learning, and research in the area of leadership & organisations in our Executive Education Team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working across the field of leadership and will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of operating within a variety of organisational settings e.g. public sector, health & social care, 3rd and private sector and will be able to demonstrate experience in areas such as facilitation skills, coaching, mentoring, action learning set facilitation, organisational development, leadership development, programme management and Executive Education.
What we are looking for:
- A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field or relevant experience
- Experience of leadership development design, delivery and impact evaluation
- A strong understanding of organisational change and culture
- A commitment to inclusive, research-informed teaching
