We are looking to appoint an accomplished academic at the position of Reader in Computer Science. We would particularly welcome applicants who have a proven track record in theoretical topics such as Algorithm design, analysis and application; Automata Theory; Complexity Theory, Formal Methods; Information Theory; Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning; Data Science or associated computer science fields together with a practical focus in application and programming in various paradigms.

You should have a proven track record of publishing high quality output and have experience of obtaining impactful grant funding via Research Councils and/or commercial enterprise. You will be expected to demonstrate how you could make a positive impact in the next REF exercise.
