Building on our LJMU Evaluation Framework you will develop a suite of high-quality resources and tools as well as guidance and training to support the University to better evaluate our student equity and Access and Participation Plan activities and programmes.

With experience in both quantitative and qualitive research and evaluation methods you will work with academic and professional services colleagues across all areas of the University as well as supporting our students and officers and colleagues within John Moores Students’ Union.

you will have strong oral and written skills, as well as the ability to work well with others are pre-requisites for this role, as is a strong organisational ability, to ensure deadlines and regulatory requirements are consistently met in a professional manner.

You will play a key role in supporting the University to meet it targets and ambitions in our Access and Participation Plan and addressing barriers to equality of opportunity for students.

In return, we offer an excellent benefits package including generous annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, induction and development support as well as family-friendly policies.

This is an exciting time to join the University as we deliver the LJMU Strategy 2030, the 2025-29 Access and Participation Plan, and its vision of LJMU as an inclusive civic university transforming lives and futures, by placing students at the heart of everything we do.

If you feel that this is the role you have been looking for and your skills and experience can make a real difference at LJMU, we look forward to hearing from you.
