Catering Admin Support Officer (fixed term maternity cover)

Based within the Estates Development and Campus Services Department, we are seeking a highly motivated and professional Catering Admin Support Officer to join our Catering Services team, providing maternity leave cover for up to 12 months from May 2025.
The role will support the smooth running of the service, providing admin support to the Catering Management team, while also providing help and guidance to our customers.
Relevant experience in an administrative or customer supporting role is essential.
The role encompasses a broad range of administrative tasks and the successful candidates will have –
- 5 GCSE’s at grades A - C or equivalent qualification, or proven track record of previous work experience in a relevant role / relevant life experience.
- Excellent IT skills, with an in depth knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Professional approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to problem solve, demonstrating imitative be flexible in order to meet various deadlines.
