Are you highly organised, personable, and passionate about supporting student recruitment? Liverpool John Moores University is seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic Subject Recruitment Marketing Team on a fixed term to cover maternity leave.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering subject-based and university-wide recruitment activities, working closely with academics at all levels and professional services colleagues. You’ll coordinate the academic element of recruitment events, manage logistics, and ensure academic and student representation, all while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

  • A proactive, approachable attitude to liaising with academics and students.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to problem solve, prioritise and deliver under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Experience in supporting events.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding service and working collaboratively.
