As a Business School we are committed to embedding digital literacy, employability, and internationalisation into all our programmes. In addition, as signatories for PRME, we have a lively community of staff working across this area. We are also very proud of our Business and Accounting Clinic that have been established to provide students with the opportunity to undertake a live business consultancy project or prepare end of year accounts for an external host organisation. Our Business and Accounting Clinic works with businesses and organisations from across the Liverpool City Region.

We are seeking to appoint a passionate academic to contribute to the teaching, learning and research in the areas of Finance. You will hold a PhD in finance or be within 12 months of completion.

In addition, you will have:

  • Have a strong commitment to ensuring an outstanding student experience.
  • Develop and deliver innovative teaching.
  • Contribute to the pastoral and academic supervision of students.
  • Be committed to liaising with businesses and other organisations to connect the research and teaching capability of the school to professional leads.
  • Have a clear understanding of how the outputs of scholarship and research or professional body engagement.
