LJMU are pleased to be appointing a Campus Support Team Leader within the Campus Services Facilities Team. You will be a highly motivated individual who will support the strategy of the Campus Support.

The role provides team leader support across activities in one area however, mobility between buildings maybe required to provide cover and additional support when needed.  You will be required to be able to drive in order to provide effective support across the Estate.

You will be responsible for Team Leading staff in the delivery of Estate and Facilities Management functions ensuring effective supervision, service standards, key performance indicators and the highest level of customer care is delivered at all times.  As the Team Leader you will prioritise and allocate work for the Facilities Team, ensuring allocated work is carried out in accordance with work schedules, service standards, key performance indicators and Health and Safety and Environmental Codes of Practice.  You will also ensure all work undertaken by those whom the post-holder has responsibility for is in accordance with risk assessments and control measures.

You will have a HNC / HND or equivalent qualification or proven track record of previous work experience.  You will also have experience of supervising service delivery in an FM environment.
