This is an exciting opportunity for a Campus Support Officer Driving (Facilities) to join the campus services team at Liverpool John Moores University. The team provide a range of porterage functions across the estate to our stakeholders whilst delivering the highest level of customer services. You will help provide a vibrant, secure, customer centric campus in which to study, work and visit. You will work an alternate shift pattern of earlies and lates.

For this role it is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points). You will also be required to demonstrate flexibility due to the shift pattern and respond to variations in business patterns in support of colleagues and customers.

As a Campus Support Officer (Facilities) you will have experience in a customer service, front of house role, ideally within facilities. You will be people focused and able to communicate effectively to demonstrate a positive, proactive and flexible approach ensuring the highest quality of service. You will display a good level of literacy and numeracy as well as IT. You will also hold a full UK driving licence with a maximum of 3 penalty points.
