Based in Exchange Station, we are now looking for a Business Support Officer to provide a quality service to users of the Student Information Systems, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Apprenticeship Learner Management System (Aptem) by supporting and developing the systems’ functionality and enabling the further exploitation of the systems key features aligned to Academic Registry strategic objectives.

The team support the work of the Academic Registry in the management and delivery of training (group and one to one), the creation, maintenance and publishing of user documentation, with particular emphasis on the delivery of a high-quality support service.

We are looking for a proactive, organised and confident, with experience of working effectively in a team within a university setting and experience of using PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. There is an ongoing requirement to undertake the development of our systems, in order to maximise the efficiency whilst meeting the current and future business needs of users.
