Academic Registry is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to join our busy Registry Services Team.
In this role, you will deliver a range of professional and comprehensive administrative support services across the team, including taking on specific responsibilities related to the administration of US federal and private loans. You will be expected to communicate and collaborate effectively with external partners as well as teams across the university, managing multiple priorities and working independently to meet strict deadlines.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of liaising with a variety of stakeholders. The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines is essential. Previous experience managing student records, particularly with US federal and private loans, is highly desirable.
