Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, proven experience of managing complex diaries, university committee secretary experience and associated minute taking are essential, as is the ability to manage a varied workload.
This is a career development opportunity rather than a training opportunity, as we are seeking somebody who already has the pre-requisite skills to commence in post with immediate effectiveness.

In return, we offer an excellent benefits package including generous annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, induction and development support as well as family-friendly policies.

If you feel that this is the role you have been looking for and your skills and experience can make a real difference at LJMU, we look forward to hearing from you.
